Wembley and District Scottish Association Dance Class |

Dance classes are held on Monday evenings in the Youth Centre at The Church of the Ascension, The Avenue, Wembley HA9 9QL. They start at 8pm and finish around 10pm with some of the socials continuing until 10.30pm. General instruction in Scottish Country Dancing will be given. No previous experience of Scottish Dancing is needed and beginners and non-members are most welcome. Dress is informal (no kilts required!) and soft, heel-less shoes are recommended. The first two visits to the Dance Class are free, after that an entrance fee is charged per night - Members:£2.00, Dancing Visitors:£2.50, Non-Dancers and Juniors (under 16s):£1.00. Joining the Association costs £3 per year. The dance class runs from September until May and some weeks we hold themed Social evenings which have more of a party atmosphere with food provided during the interval (at normal dance classes tea, coffee and biscuits are provided).
